I just blog part time to create my own little world of beauty and makeup. I'm currently a student at Carnegie Mellon majoring in math and minoring in Chinese.

About XX Chronicles

I try not to focus on buying brand name items. I like to aim to gather products that will fit me personally and review them so that other people can try them out. I'm not going to buy a product just for the sake of reviewing it becuase well, I can't give an honest review becuase how can you give an adequate review if you aren't going to even TRY the product wholeheartedly? All my values and mainly centered on integrity and I always try to be open to my readers. The site was launched in March 2009

History of the blog
I started it just as a personal thing as a method to record all of my crafting projects so I would never forget how I made something. Then, it expanded to more of a beauty blog as I started gaining followers because I started to post up hauls, swatches, some eyelooks, and such.
