History of the blog
I had launched the blog in December, 2009. The reason for launching this blog was to share my experiences with my readers. I had led a life full of unhealthy habits. Now, I am growing a health freak day by day. This journey from unhealthy life style to a better life is a constant struggle. I do fall victim to the junk food again and again. But, I am trying to overcome it everyday. I wanted to put all this journey on my blog.

Future plans for the blog
I have started doing beauty products and brands reviews in deference to requests from my readers. I hope that my blog gains enough readership that I get opportunities to collaborate with big brands in the market.
