I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and we have some pretty harsh winters which can play havoc on the skin. Therefore skin care products are a must to hydrate the skin. I love the natural skin care products and homemade skin care recipes. I like natural products made from botanticals, essential oils and herbs as I believe there are way to many chemicals in our skin care products that have the potential to contribute to long term health issues. I also believe that many skin care products are detrimental to our environment, anti-bacterial soaps and such are slowly damaging our waters and general environment. For entertainmnet, I ride with my husband on our Harley Davidson Softail Classic and even though the wind in the air feels great the sun and wind is hard on the skin. For us motorcyle enthusiats the wind and sun does some damage and we need to take extra care with our skin to prevent premature aging.
