About Kizzy

My name is Kizzy (as you might have guessed!). I’m 33, born in The Netherlands, Europe (Rotterdam) and originally from Cabo Verde. I moved to the US 3 years ago. I'm married and I have a son who was born in July.

Something not commonly know about Kizzy:
I have a Bachelor's degree in international communications management and a Master's degree in arts and culture, specialized in media.

Kizzy Online features beauty, skin care, makeup, hair, fashion and the occasional update about my life as an European in the US and being a new mom. I update on a daily basis. Because I'm originally from The Netherlands, my beauty blog has visitors and readers from not only the United States, but also from Europe (Netherlands and Belgium). I'm bilingual and people comment to my articles in English or Dutch. The site was launched in January 2006

History of the blog
The domain was launched in 2006. I began as a life blogger. In January of 2010 I started focusing on beauty tips, product reviews, make up tips, skincare help and fashion.

Future plans for the blog
