I am a half-Polish, half-Iranian writer and amateur perfumer who has had a strong interest in the world of fine fragrance for over two decades. A recent decision to develop this interest further led to the creation of Persolaise.com at the beginning of 2010. During its relatively short life, my blog has already generated a sizeable readership, not least because of the inclusion of witty and insightful reviews of new fragrance releases.

Something not commonly know about Persolaise:
I have lived in Britain, Iran, Poland and Dubai and use my intimate knowledge of these countries' different cultures to inform my writing and my appreciation of modern perfumery. Several of my short stories have been published/broadcast, not least on BBC Radio 4. Although Persolaise.com is not yet one year old, I have already succeeded in building a network of contacts with several key players of the perfumery scene, not just in the UK, but also in France and Switzerland.
