I was bit by the beauty and fashion bug at a very early age. I don't have a Tom Boy bone in my body. Professionally, I am a Personal Shopper and Image Consultant for a high end specialty retailer. I LOVE my work and my clients LOVE my blog!

I am a 16 year hereditary Breast Cancer Survivor (knock wood, poo poo). I have done everything in my power to provide information to anyone who needs my help. Life is an enormous, joyous gift. My personal motto is "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff...really, don't".

I am a dedicated Beauty Blogger, but I am in Fashion professionally. In addition to my beauty product and procedure reviews, I attend Mercedes-Benz Fashion week and always update my readers on the shows. Oh, and you can count on a snarky Red Carpet post mortem, always. The site was launched in March 2008

History of the blog
In March 2008, I saw a front page N.Y. Times article on the proliferation of political bloggers. It was a lightening bolt moment...I love to write and I am the ultimate Girls Girl, who always shared her secrets. Why not start my own Beauty and Fashion Blog? I launched DivaDebbi that afternoon and it's been amazing to watch it grow not just in the U.S., but internationally as well.

Future plans for the blog
I would love to be a syndicated beauty columnist and I am working to that end.
