The Beauty Gypsy is written by a former Beauty Editor and documents her crazy adventures through beauty lands across the world. At it's heart, this blog is all about unbiased product reviews, nifty beauty tips and industry news that cuts through the crap. The site was launched in June 2009

History of the blog
Beauty is my lifeline and after years of picking the brains of some of the world’s most acclaimed skin experts (like Dr. Olivier Courtin-Clarins, Ole Henriksen...), hair stylists (Andrew Barton, Trevor Sorbie, Charles Worthington, Guy Kremer…) makeup artistes (Laura Mercier, Gucci Westman, Pat McGrath, Tom Pecheux, Subhash Vagal, Mickey Contractor…) and photographers (Mario Testino, Helmut Newton, Steven Meisel, Annie Leibovitz, Patrick Demarchelier…) in my various jobs as Managing Editor-Vogue India, Beauty Director-Marie Claire India, Beauty Editor-Cosmopolitan India, this is what I know and enjoy the most. The blog initially started as a fun way to indulge my passion for this field but has since then grown into a full time profession for!
