I am a food writer and the proprietor of Brick Kiln Kitchens LLC, a specialty foods company located in Bridgehampton Long Island. My food blog has had over 20,000 page hits in its first ten months of operation. I concentrate on recipes and reviews of restaurants and re-create many of their finest dishes for you.
