About Sarah
I am a mom who loves to cook. I sometimes "tweek" others recipes and source them or create my own. Most of my recipes are freezer meals however I do love to bake and include other recipes as well. I also love to garden and spend time with my family.
Something not commonly know about Sarah:
I am an optimist who is overcoming Chronic Lyme disease and cooking is very helpful for me. I love to keep busy and to create.
Sarah in the press:
I've been interviewed with my Lyme Disease experience but not in the food realm - yet!

About The Ease of Freeze
This is a warm blog about freezer cooking. It is visually appealing and recipes are tested and approved by family and friends. It not only features freezer meals, but baking, money-saving tips and organizing tips. The site was launched in December 2011
History of the blog
I wanted a place to chronicle and share my recipes and have an outlet for creativity. It is still young but I think it will continue to grow and improve.
Future plans for the blog
My goals are to feature at least 3 posts per week with an occasional newsletter letting members know what is on the horizon.
