About Peggy Anne Salz

Peggy Anne Salz is the Chief Analyst and Founder of MobileGroove (formerly MSearchGroove), an influential technology site providing analysis and commentary on all things mobile. MobileGroove also produces bespoke research, white papers, thought leadership and editorial content for the global mobile industry. My report, "Mobile Search & Content Discovery," was regarded as the first in-depth study of its kind, establishing me as an authority on mobile search and content discovery technologies. My series of practical how-to white papers -- covering the basics of mobile advertising and mobile analytics -- has earned me a reputation as a leading mobile advertising expert. I am also the author of the Netsize Guide, an annual mobile industry almanac and reference work featuring analysis and exclusive interviews with dozens of industry influencers and executives. I am currently working on a mobile marketing thought leadership resource commissioned by Millennial Media and the Mobile Marketing Association (scheduled for publication in late 2012).

Something not commonly know about Peggy Anne Salz:
My other work, which includes more than 300 articles on the mobile industry, has appeared in magazines and online destinations such as The International Herald Tribune, The Wall Street Journal, Mobile Entertainment, New Media Age, and in the Agile Minds column in EContent magazine.

Peggy Anne Salz in the press:
Together with my co-host Rob Woodbridge, I produce m-pulse, a weekly vodcast featuring interviews with leading mobile industry executives and influencers. In April 2012 I will launch a live weekly radio show via the Rockstar Radio Network examining the impact of mobile on business and society. In addition to expanding my own reach into media, I have been interviewed by other leading sites, such as ReadWriteWeb and EContent, and identified as one of the top 20 people in mobile you need to follow on Twitterhttp://www.aumnia.com/blog/mobile-trends/20-people-in-mobile-to-follow-on-twitter/

About MobileGroove

MobileGroove offers analysis and commentary about all things mobile. The site was launched in relaunched September 2009 - soft launch in 2008

History of the blog
After 15 years of being the journalist, and then the analyst, I had developed the expertise that allowed me to expertly comment on industry developments and identify industry trends.

Future plans for the blog
Now that the blog is a recognized destination for Thought Leadership I have opened the platform to feature voices from emerging markets, startup companies and industry influencers. I also offer this platform to client companies to support them in b2b outreach and thought leadership marketing. I am growing this part of the business to produce and promote custom research, strategic thought leadership and knowledge resources for the global mobile industry.
