About I am Lenny Eeuwes, a self-trained chef and recipe writer from Amsterdam, NL.
An everlasting 30 something girl who loves to taste the good things in life.
Healthier cooking and baking is what I like. All my recipes are free of refined sugar, wheat free and mostly gluten free and lactose free.
As long as I can remember I have a love for food and a deep passion for nature and its seasons. I love to taste and embrace the unifying factor food has. Ideally I prefer everything homemade, so you know what you are eating. Although I’m sensitive to sugar, lactose, yeast and wheat I believe in eating tasteful. I refuse to eat less tasty even despite dietary restriction. Every person is unique and every body is different. By listening to my own body, I have learned what works and what does not work for me. I choose what is good for me and decided to enjoy it.
For the love of Taste is created because I noticed that there are people that could use a bit of help and inspiration. As you might be limited due to food allergies or intolerances, for those who follow a dietary lifestyle such as sugar-free, gluten-free, paleo, yeast-free (candida) or because you just want to eat healthier.
I sincerely hope that my recipes are a guide of information and inspiration. Full of every day recipes to enjoy a world of delicious healthy food.
Don’t be afraid of cooking, I passionately encourage you to experiment in the kitchen.

Something not commonly know about For the Love of Taste: I work from a holistic food approach for healing the body.
I learned from my body as i have a few severe food intolerances to due I can not eat everything. But I refuse to eat less tasteful nor blend.
I'm all into (refined) sugar free cooking and baking as well as mostly fully plant based. I believe in strongly in the 80%-20% way when it comes to nutrition.
